An old residential house of the ubaldo-laya Family built in 1935. It is located at BadellesSt. Iligan City. Several VIP’s were hosted in this house, including presidents (Manuel L. Quezon, Manuel Roxas, Elpidio Quirino, Sergio Osmeña) and US Ambassador Paul McNatt. Durung the Japanese occupation, the house was used as a hospital. The old building, still as sturdy as ever, onced housed the Iligan Museum, the city’s tourist office , and Bayanihan research center.
