The owner of the house is Diosdado Macapagal the 9th Presidet of the Philippines and his daughter Gloria Macapagal Arroyo the 14th President of the Philippines. The house was constructed in 1950 and it is made of wood, concrete and cement. The house boats of it’s rich history and grand style. It contains several precious items of memorabilia of the Macapagal and Arroyo’s Families.
